Colton had his 1 year checkup yesterday. He is 26 pounds 10 ounces (95th percentile) and 32 1/2 inches tall (above 95th percentile). He had 2 shots (the last of his meningitis vaccine and a Hep A vaccine) and got 2 cool Charlie Brown band-aids that he ripped off himself once we got home. He's doing great and we are working on cutting out the bottle and pacifier now.
Things he can do now:
- Point with his pointer fingers
- Say "fish" and point to the fish tank
- Use a fork/spoon to feed himself (we're still working on scooping though)
- Say "uh oh" which is sometimes followed by "dude" ... too cute!
We're having a big birthday bash for Colton on Saturday, August 14th so we hope to see all of our friends and family there!
